HillQuest Security Officers act as a professional liaison between bank personnel and law enforcement authorities when responding to robberies or other crimes, as well as administering security devices and settings at the bank facility.
Our officers identify, analyze, and control existing and potential safety hazards. They provide security and safety, support and guidance to all bank personnel, including working closely with the Bank’s Security and Safety Officer who has the responsibility for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank’s Security and Safety Program.
HillQuest advises and consults with the Bank’s Chief Compliance Officer, senior management and bank personnel concerning emerging security and safety issues, and guides the bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. By providing leadership, training and supervision within the department, HillQuest is able to assist the Chief Compliance Officer in insuring department activities run smoothly and efficiently.
